Spell Check
Microsoft Word can spell check a document
either as you type or after the document has been completed.

To spell check as you type:

From the Tools menu, choose Options.

Click the Spelling tab.

Turn on the check in the Automatic Spell
checking field and click OK.

When the
automatic spell checker is turned on, misspelled words will be underlined
with a red wavy line.

To correct spellings, right click the
misspelled word and select the correct spelling from the displayed list.
Print
a document
To print one copy of the entire Word document
on the screen, click the Print button on
the standard toolbar. Each time you click the Print button, another entire copy
of your document will be sent to the printer.
To customize printing, print multiple copies,
or print selected pages, from the File menu, choose Print.
